We offer a 90-day comfort exchange policy for mattresses to ensure your investment provides the perfect level of support.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or your local showroom within 14 days of delivery for accessories, or within 90 days for mattress comfort exchanges.

  Professional Assessment

  Our specialists will review your request to ensure the item is in pristine, original condition and eligible for return or a bespoke adjustment.

• 3.
  White-Glove Collection

  Once approved, we will schedule a professional white-glove collection service to safely transport the item from your home back to our craftwork bedworks.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or finalize the delivery of your replacement components.
